I go to school and my mom takes cares of the business during the school year. After school I go through some emails and get briefed on the day, and do my homework. On weekends I attend events and get completely involved in business functions.

It’s terrifying! He’s always really honest, which can be kind of scary, but I learned a lot from him.
WHAT NEW TRICKS HAVE YOU LEARNED THAT YOU INTEND TO ADD TO YOUR TRADE?
I learned to have confidence in yourself and always go beyond what you’re supposed to do. It applies to everything in life, not just cooking!

My favorite designers are Ralph Lauren, Tom Ford and Tommy Hilfiger. I love Pharrell’s style. I love fashion because I like being creative with the way I look, it makes me feel creative in my business.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BIGGEST FASHION FAUX PAS IN YOUR OPINION?
It’s never a good look to wear overly baggy clothes, or to wear clothes with logos just for the brand and not because you love the way it makes you feel.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BIGGEST BLUNDERS PEOPLE MAKE WHEN BAKING (FROM SCRATCH)?
Adding too much baking soda or baking powder!
