Photographed By Ellinor Forje
Just recently, I went through this whole romantic phase where I was only going to read books in the original language they've been written in. How did it go?
1. Albert Camus - "L'Étranger" ✔
2. Isabel Allende - "La Casa de los Espíritus"...Um? Huh? Eh? Qué?...What was the question?
At least the novel isn't laying around gathering dust. I put it to good use this morning when clearing out space on the bookshelf for my impromptu fashion shoot. Doesn't it look absolutely fabulous as an artistic prop next to my new pumps, from Nelly, by
Friis and Company?
I should read the book.
STOP PROCRASTINATING! Who said that?

Those shoes are sharp!
ReplyDeleteThese shoes are perfect. They are just this different SHINY shade of black.
ReplyDelete:D
Reading books in their original languages NEVER works out.
*sigh*
I love coming on here and discovering new or other brands. I swear, some people with no fashion sense, like throwing Gucci, Prada, Miu Miu and Marc Jacobs in your face, like they're the only brands that exist, probably because it's the only brands the know. It's like they get their style form the airport lounges. Specfically the duty free section. Or they just wear what they think is associated with fashion because of their insecurities.
ReplyDeleteI have nothing against those brands per se, but I need another creative outlet. We need more of Mary Katrantzou, Meadham Kirchhoff and Comme des Garcons. Please!
Hi!
ReplyDeleteThe shoes are great but fashion changes. The stories however remain.
"L'étranger" is a very good book. I just ended "Letter from an unknown woman" by Zweig. Perfect!
Thanks for posting
