This deserves a mention too, especially since you've already seen the black one. Orla Kiely’s latest collection is filled with so many delightfully eccentric details that it’s hard to know where to begin.
My best attempt at describing it: imagine "Lolita" meeting "Alice in Wonderland" after a Girl Scout reunion, before setting off on a "Moonrise Kingdom" style adventure. Along the way, they board "The African Queen" on assignment for "National Geographic", only to cross paths with Dr. Livingstone and Sir Henry Morton Stanley somewhere in the Serengeti, shortly after Alice discovers what, in this version of history, will forever be known as Victoria Falls.
The gentlemen are charming enough, of course. But our heroines eventually find themselves drawn to beret wearing romantics in Italy, Spain, and France, united by a shared appreciation for hats and a certain effortless flair. Years later, the men decide the berets suit them better after all, and better still in pink.

In my version, Dolores Haze and Alice are both comfortably over 21.
** History, naturally, has been revised to accommodate the narrative.
*** My storytelling skills could use a little polishing, but I’m having fun with it.
